Helping us quote faster
None of this is required, but the more you can tell us, the more accurate the first conversation is:
- Which rooms, and roughly what size
- Whether it is decorating, joinery, or both
- The condition things are in now, especially any damp, cracking or old wallpaper
- Whether you have a date you are working towards
- Photos, if you have them. Even phone photos help a lot
If you are a landlord or managing agent with several properties, say so and we will quote the whole lot together.
Before you ask
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the time of year. Single rooms are often two to three weeks out, larger jobs longer. We will give you a real date rather than a hopeful one.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. The visit and the written quote are free, and there is no deposit to pay to secure a date.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
For commercial work, yes, where it keeps a business trading. For homes we normally work weekdays, but Saturday can be arranged.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public liability cover, and the certificate is available on request before you commit to anything.
